Packaging tips
Parcels can have a maximum weight of 31.5 kg and a maximum girth (combined circumference + width) of 300 cm. The maximum length of the longest side must not exceed 175 cm.
For non-standard parcel, with minimal deviations from the specified maximum weight and standard dimensions, in national and international transport, we will charge the surcharge to the price of transportation. For more information, contact [email protected].
DPD will not pickup parcels heavier than 50.00 kg.
For the secure transport of your goods it is important for the packaging to withstand the weight of the parcel's contents.
The packaging should also be able to resist the strains of automatic and mechanical handling.
Bundles of packages are excluded from transport.
Please make sure that the parcel is marked with a clearly readable and correct consignee address. In the case of domestic and international Express-Service parcels you are requested to add the consignee's telephone number to the consignee address.
All the relevant labels (DPD parcel label, your own address sticker, C.O.D. sticker) should be stuck on the upper surface (largest area) of the parcel. They should be close together but not overlapping. Please make sure that the DPD parcel label is not covered by string or other markings.
