What to do, if I did not get what I ordered?
If the contents of the shipment does not match that which you have paid for, you should contact the company or online shop, where you purchased the product. The sender will be the one to solve this problem with you.
If you have shopped in online shop, then in its home page, you can find a section "Guarantee and the right of withdrawal" or similar (usually at the bottom of the page), where your rights are explained and options how to address a claim to the seller.
Remember that, according to the Consumer Rights Protection Law Article 12, within 14 days you have the right to opt out from the purchase made in the online store.
