At DPD, we keep a close eye on the coronavirus situation worldwide and safeguard the guidelines from RIVM. Which is why DPD has taken the necessary precautions affected. We have taken special measures for our Linehaul drivers, warehouse workers, drivers and office workers how to deal with parcels from affected countries. We will observe all measures expected in accordance with the authorities. Our employees have been informed about this.
Due to the wide range of parcels and the measures surrounding the corona virus, the delivery of parcels takes longer than you are used to. We do our very best to get the delivery back to the desired level.
* note: Countries are locked for people and not for goods.
Netherlands
Due to the high number of corona infections, the government announced yesterday that a curfew will apply from Saturday 23 January to 15 March. Curfew is from 9:00 PM to 4:30 AM. This means that only professional traffic may take place, including parcel delivery. The introduction of this curfew has no impact on our services. This allows us to continue to process and deliver your parcels as you are used to from us, with the priority being to guarantee the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Pay attention! The opening hours of our Pickup parcelshops may have changed due to the curfew. The delivery and collection of parcels will remain the same.
