If you want to send or receive a parcel from Vinted, you can find all the questions and answers you need in the Vinted app. Vinted wants its customers to be able to find all the information about its services in the Vinted app.  DPD cannot therefore help you directly with information about your parcel and will have to refer you back to the Vinted app.
