The day before delivery, your customer receives an e-mail or SMS notifying him that we will deliver his parcel the next working day. On the day of delivery, we send the recipient an email or text with a one hour time slot.
Your customer can decide when a parcel can be delivered. We inform him of the time slot, so that he doesn’t have to wait at home for the driver. This increases customer satisfaction and the possibility of repeat purchases.
