The general terms and conditions of a service provider for the "CLASSIC EUROPE" and "CLASSIC SHOP" in selected countries apply to clients who are legal entities and send parcels cross-border to the following countries: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Chronopost), France (DPD), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (BRT), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukrainia, United Kingdom. A valid list of countries is published on the website www.dpd.si.

For air shipments are valid Specific Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider for the “International Express” Service in Selected Countries in Europe.

In all other cases, the "General Terms and Conditions for parcel deliveries: DPD CLASSIC" are applied.

  1. Packing instructions: Every parcel must be packed securely so that it is suitable for automated sorting and transport.

  2. Exclusions from shipment: there are some goods we can't transport, such as live animals, weapons and especially valuable goods such as precious metals and gems.
