Personal support by phone

Sometimes, it’s simply best to talk to each other. Our customer service team is available for you Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 at 0848 373 373. Whether it’s about delivery times, address changes or questions about your parcel – our colleagues will support you personally.
Good to know: The call costs a maximum of CHF 0.08 per minute (depending on your provider).

Contact form – simple, fast, convenient

If you prefer to send your request in writing or want to get in touch outside our phone hours, our contact form is just the right choice for you: DPD contact form

How it works:

  1. Enter your personal details and parcel number – so we know exactly which parcel it is.
  2. Select your concern – delivery issue, address change or drop-off authorisation?
  3. Add details – A brief description of your concern helps us respond more quickly.
  4. Submit – We’ll take care of it and get back to you as soon as possible.

The form is especially convenient if you are on the go or want to include additional information.
