The holidays will soon be upon us. For parcel service providers in Switzerland, the peak season kicks off with Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It will be a difficult, challenging time, and our sorting facilities will be running at full speed, especially in the run-up to Christmas. The holidays come hand-in-hand with a large influx of orders, with DPD processing around 30% more parcels in its sorting centres and supporting its workforce with additional personnel. This helpful information explains how you can prepare to make sure your post is delivered in spite of the peak season.
