Give us a signature release authorisation so that we can deposit your parcels in a place determined by you.
The delivery address can be changed in just a few steps, for example for delivery to your workplace or to a neighbour.
If the proposed delivery day is inconvenient, you can simply change it.

If your parcel is sent using the Predict additional service, you will receive a notification by SMS or email including a link to myDPD.*
When the parcel reaches DPD, a message is sent by email or text message, giving the date of delivery. The recipient has the opportunity to use myDPD from then on.
On the day of delivery, the customer receives another message telling them in which one-hour time slot the parcel will be delivered. The parcel can be tracked live during delivery, and redirected online up to 15 minutes before final handover.
With live tracking, the parcel can be accurately tracked right through to delivery.
Using myDPD, different delivery options can be selected which give your recipient the freedom to receive their parcel exactly when and where they want. You can find more information about redirection options on the next page.
*If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we will leave a delivery notice. Using the notification number or the QR code together with your postcode, you can access myDPD directly and arrange further actions, such as redirecting your parcel.
