How do I submit a claim as a sender?
You can submit a claim via our Claims Portal by completing the online claim form, which will guide you through the process step by step. Please prepare the following documents in advance:
- Proof of sale or purchase (invoice/receipt),
- In case of damage: photo documentation of the goods, outer packaging, and inner packaging.
