How heavy and girth can my parcel be?

Parcels transported by DPD must comply with the following parameters:
  • Longest side: maximum 175 cm
  • Total dimensions (girth): maximum 300 cm  (longest side + circumference of the parcel)
  • Weight: maximum 31.5 kg
Parcels delivered through our Pickup network must meet the following parameters:

Pickup point (store):

  • Weight:  maximum 20 kg
  • Longest side: maximum 100 cm
  • Total dimensions (girth): maximum 250 cm

Locker:

  • Weight: maximum 20 kg
  • Total dimensions: maximum 56 x 53 x 44 cm
