I am delivering parcels to consignees.
The consignee is not at home.
Small, flat parcels that fit into the letterbox can for the moment be placed there. In this case, please write "AO letterbox" in the name field and confirm delivery with your own initials in the signature field.
If the parcel doesn’t fit into the letterbox I select the stop and carry out the check scan. I select “NAB1”. If the parcel is suitable for a parcel shop, the scanner automatically directs it to a specific parcel shop. If the parcel is not suitable for a parcel shop (too big, too heavy etc.), it goes back to the depot.
I scan the QR code on the parcel notification card. This step is important because the scanning process links the parcel with the parcel notification card and informs the consignee where the parcel is at the moment.
