Delivery to parcel shop - refusal to accept parcels
I am delivering parcels to the parcel shop.
The parcel shop is closed. The parcel shop is full and can't accept parcels.
I select the stop and carry out the check scan. I select "Non-delivery" and "No parcel acceptance".
I stick a driver's return sticker on the rejected parcels.
All parcels will be delivered directly to the consignee the next day.
