Home delivery - refusal to take delivery
I am delivering parcels to consignees.
Consignee is at home, refuses to take delivery of his/her parcels.
I select the stop and carry out the check scan. I select "Non-delivery" and then "Refusal to take delivery" and get the consignee to sign.
I stick a driver's return sticker on the refused parcel and tick the reason for the refusal.
Don’t forget the driver’s return sticker!
