I select the stop and carry out the check scan. I select "NAB1". If the parcel is suitable for the parcel shop, the scanner will automatically route it to a specific parcel shop. If the package is not suitable for the parcel shop (too big, too heavy etc.), it goes back to the depot.

I scan the QR code on the parcel notification card. This step is important because the scanning process links the parcel with the parcel notification card and informs the consignee where the parcel is at the moment.

Important! Please always fill out the parcel notification card in full and link it with the parcel!

I put the parcel notification card into the letter box of the consignee and return the parcel to the van.
