Updated standard terms and conditions effective from 1 June 2026

As of 01.06.2026, the updated DPD Eesti AS Standard Service Provision Terms will enter into force.

Key updates to the Standard Service Provision Terms include the following:

  • Clauses 8.3 and 8.4 have been amended to update the lists of prohibited and restricted items. Items that were previously classified as prohibited, such as precious metals (including jewellery and articles made of precious metals), gemstones, natural pearls, commemorative coins and stamps, and antiques have now been reclassified as restricted items. The shipping of such items is permitted subject to prior agreement.

  • Clause 1.11 has been updated to include provisions relating to Amazon deliveries. For Amazon orders and associated shipments, Amazon’s applicable transport and delivery terms apply.

  • Clause 11.3 provides further clarification regarding DPD’s liability limits in the event of damage claims relating to international consignments. for international Shipments, the damage will be compensated at the actual value of the Shipment or 8.33 SDRs per kilogram of the Shipment (whichever is lower). The compensation is calculated using the SDR to euro exchange rate, which is determined annually on 1 January according to the rate published by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and which corresponds to the applicable CMR conversion rate. The compensation procedure applicable to domestic shipments remains unchanged.
