** Services are provided in accordance with the DPD Polska Service Availability Table available on the www.dpd.com.pl website.
*** Every parcel is insured as standard up to PLN 1,000.
**** A non-standard parcel is a shipment in which at least one package is considered non-standard as per the definition provided in the DTCS.
***** The volumetric weight fee is an additional charge applied to a parcel for which the volumetric weight, calculated according to the formula described in point 6.5(i) of the DTCS, exceeds 31.5 kg. This fee is added to the price of a parcel weighing 31.5 kg.
All prices include VAT and a fuel surcharge.
Packaging prices are in accordance with the Domestic Pickup Price List. Prices for additional services, packaging, and extra fees are added to the base price of the shipment, which is defined as the total price of all parcels in the shipment as per the standard price list.
The detailed rules for service provision, including information on individual services and additional charges, are specified in Annex 1 to the Price List - DTCS.
The DTCS and the Terms and Conditions of Service for international operations are available on the www.dpd.com.pl website and at DPD Pickup Points.
The right to change the base price under the terms specified in the DTCS does not apply to consumers.
