Go to the locker containing your parcel
Open the DPD Mobile app on your phone (make sure Bluetooth is switched on)
Select the parcel you want to collect
Tap “Open locker”
Take your parcel and close the locker door
Don’t have the app? No problem! Collect your parcel by entering the collection code on the keypad located on the parcel locker
Done – your parcel is now in your hands and you can enjoy its contents!
Open the DPD Mobile app on your phone and select parcel type
Enter your details and the consignee’s details, then choose a locker and the delivery address or Pickup point
Pay for the parcel and write the parcel number/shipping code on the packaging
Go to the selected parcel locker and open a compartment remotely using the DPD Mobile app or by entering the shipping code on the parcel locker keypad
Place the parcel in the compartment and close the door
Done – we’ll take care of the rest, and you can track your parcel in the app!

Yes, the DPD Mobile app is essential to use our lockers. It makes the process fast, efficient, and convenient. Besides using the lockers, the app allows you to manage your deliveries, track parcels, obtain the courier's contact number, or order a discounted parcel delivery.
Ensure you are at the correct locker – its number is in the top right corner. Make sure Bluetooth, location services, and data transmission are enabled on your phone. If you continue to have problems opening the locker, it is possible to open it via a generated link, redirect the parcel to a DPD Pickup point, or request courier assistance without additional cost. In such an event, contact DPD Poland's parcel locker technical support at 22 571 52 52 (call cost per operator's tariff / helpline available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm).
The parcel will wait for you for 2 working days from the day it is placed in the locker. Yes, you can send a parcel from any parcel locker. However, remember that the number of lockers in one machine is limited, and sometimes they may all be occupied. If no lockers are available, we encourage you to reserve one in another parcel locker or send your parcel from a stationary DPD Pickup point – these can be easily found in the Pickup Points Map section.
The maximum parcel dimensions that can be handled by a DPD Pickup locker are a rectangular box measuring 50 cm in height, 44 cm in width, and 59 cm in depth. The maximum weight is 20 kg.
Bluetooth connection requires that the user is near the device. When opening a parcel locker, you must be no more than 2 metres from it
The app connects with the locker via Bluetooth, so this function must be enabled. When sending/collecting a parcel, permission for location services and data transmission (Internet) is also required, and you should be near the device (no more than 2 metres from the locker). Only one person can use the locker at a time. Check if other devices (headphones, smartwatch, hands-free kit) are connected to your phone, as they may interfere with the signal.
No, printing a label is not necessary. You can do so if you wish, but simply writing the parcel number on the package will suffice. Important: write the full parcel number clearly and legibly (14 characters) in a visible place

Yes, the app allows you to reopen the locker. If you have not confirmed collection or dispatch, and the connection with the locker has not ended, you can do this using the "Reopen" button. If the process ends incorrectly, contact DPD Poland's parcel locker technical support at 22 571 52 52 (call cost per operator's tariff / helpline available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm).
Ensure the account in the DPD Mobile app was created with the same details provided on the waybill. After first account registration, the app will search the servers to match parcels to your account.
No, only one person can use the parcel locker at a time.
