ParcelLock: the multi-talent outside your front door.

With the ParcelLock box you can receive parcels even if you occasionally aren't at home. The parcel box also enables you to simply send off returns from your own home. The secure and flexible system works with DPD and other parcel service providers, and is suitable both for individual and multiple residences.

The innovative ParcelLock system in a nutshell:

Get started in three steps:

  1. Buy a ParcelLock box (information at parcellock.de) and register at parcellock.de
  2. Register with the DPD App or at myDPD.de
  3. Link the ID of your box with your account under “Preferences” in your myDPD/DPD App account.

 Receiving a parcel

  1. Delivery: you’ll be informed about the time of the delivery by email, in the DPD App or in myDPD.de. The parcel will be delivered directly to your ParcelLock box.

  2. Opening the box: you open your parcel box with the key or the ParcelLock app.

 Sending parcels

  1. Create your shipping order quickly and simply under “Send parcel” at myDPD.de or in the DPD App.

  2. Send parcel > Select parcel size > Pickup from ParcelLock box > Select pickup day.

  3. You receive your one-off transaction number (Pickup TAN) with your parcel label by email.

  4. You prepare your parcel for pickup* by sticking the parcel label on the parcel, placing the parcel in the parcel box and entering the pickup TAN.

*Depending on the configuration of the ParcelLock box, the box is now blocked for deliveries until the parcel has been picked up. For more details please see your ParcelLock operating instructions.

I need help for my ParcelLock box. Who can I contact?

Can I send several parcels at the same time from my ParcelLock box?

We regret that at present you can only send a single parcel from your parcel box. Please note that a pickup will not be possible if your ParcelLock box contains more than one parcel.

Why can\'t I select \"Pick up from ParcelLock\"? Why is it grayed out?

You must first connect your account to your ParcelLock account. You can do that easily in your profile.

My parcel is too big for the ParcelLock box. What can I do?

You can have the parcel picked up at home by a shipping company, or you may enter it in one of our Pickup parcelshops to ship it.

Why doesn\'t the ParcelLock option appear in myDPD and DPD App?

If you wish to use your parcel box for sending or returning parcels with DPD, you need to link the box with myDPD or DPD App account. After the link has been created the online portal displays the options: \"Collection from ParcelLock\" and \"Return from ParcelLock\". If you have set the link but the options are still not displayed, please check your settings in myDPD or DPD App (Profile).
