If your parcel is delivered with the Predict, the day before delivery you will receive an e-mail or SMS about the expected delivery date. On the day of delivery, you will be informed again by e-mail or SMS about the exact 1 hour interval when the driver will come to your address. If your parcel is delivered by DPD Classic, you will be informed about the delivery on the day of delivery and delivery will take place during the day. The delivery service type chooses the sender of the parcel.
