No, unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your parcel from the delivery center but it will be delivered soon. However, you can give us your deposit okay, so that your parcel can be left in a safe place of your choice. You can also redirect your parcel to a neighbour or determine your preferred parcelshop. We will deliver your parcel to this chosen place in case you are not at home.
You can only provide a deposit okay for your own parcels. Your family member can provide the deposit okay in a separate account.
