Standard APIs - Application Program Interfaces
We have a standard set of secure JSON API’s that provide a vehicle for communication with our systems. These are not only secure, but also cover all aspects of integration such as Waybill upload, Collection request, label printing, quotations, tracking and others. Using tools like swagger, these interfaces can be easily tested.

If our standard interfaces do not cater for your needs, then a custom JSON API can be developed in conjunction with our customer to provide a custom API.
File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
We have the ability to receive your data via a secure FTP transfer should you not be able to make use of JSON API’s.
NuGet Package
In addition to our JSON web-service APIs, we provide a NuGet package for suppliers and customers on the Microsoft.NET platform. This simplifies integration with our APIs by providing authentication, error handling, retry support and documentation into a developer-friendly component that is familiar to .NET developers.

We have developed custom plugins for online carts/web shops such as Magento 2 and Shopify. These plug straight into the web shop and provide services such as tracking, quoting, label printing, and data upload. We also have a multi shop tool that can extract data from the web shops and import this into our systems. Custom interfaces can also be built on request.

Reporting
Amazon AS2 Service: We have the ability to send and receive data via an AS2 amazon service directly to our AS2 server. This is similar to the Secure FTP process but through a controlled aAmazon data tool.
Email: We can receive data files via email with tools that can automatically extract the data from the email and submit it to our servers.
