We would like to inform you about the Christmas opening hours at DPD depots (for parcel drop-off/pick-up) and the delivery schedule until the end of 2025.

This year, DPD will deliver Christmas parcels until December 23. To ensure that all gifts arrive under the Christmas tree on time, senders (typically e‑shops before Christmas) need to hand them over to DPD for transport no later than Friday, December 19. However, we are still able to deliver the majority of gifts collected on December 22 by December 23. In self-service parcel lockers, used by 35% of Czech online shoppers according to the Geopost E‑shopper Barometer survey, parcels can even be collected anytime on Christmas Eve, that is, December 24.

Opening hours from Monday, December 1 to Tuesday, December 23: 10:00–20:00, except for the depots listed below.

For depots in Jihlava, Ostrava – Heřmanice, Otrokovice, Brno – Měnín, and Brno – Rajhrad, the Christmas opening hours will be 9:00–20:00.

For the Urban Depot Příbram, the Christmas opening hours will be 10:00–18:00.

Opening hours on December 29 and 30 are standard (deliveries as usual): 9:00–18:00; Urban Depot Příbram: 11:00–16:00.

On Wednesday, December 31, we are CLOSED and no deliveries will be made on this day.

During weekends and public holidays on December 24, 25, 26, 2025 and January 1, 2026, we are CLOSED and no deliveries will be made on these days.
