How long will my parcel be stored at the Pickup parcelshop or locker?

Parcels that are delivered to the Pickup shops are stored there for a period of 7 calendar days. Calendar days are every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Parcels delivered to lockers (such as DPD Pickup Box, AlzaBox, Z-Box etc.) are stored there for a period of 48 hours.

The storage period cannot be extended.
