In our DPD Kurýr App, you can track our courier on the map. You will know exactly, where the courier is right now and how many addresses there are left before delivering to you.
Add a second address or redirect the parcel into a Parcelshops
If you know you cannot be at the given address on the day of delivery, have your parcel delivered into a Pickup point or to a second address.
Postpone the delivery of your parcel for up to 10 days
Some things cannot be planned, therefore, in our DPD Kurýr App, you can postpone the delivery of your parcel for up to 10 days.
