Important Information Regarding Potential Delays to the Netherlands

We would like to inform you that DPD Netherlands is currently experiencing significant operational challenges due to a substantial increase in parcel volumes and limited processing and delivery capacity. As a result, a backlog of shipments has developed within the Dutch network, affecting delivery operations.

To stabilize the situation and restore the usual service quality, DPD Group has implemented a number of measures, including increasing operational capacity and introducing temporary restrictions on certain shipment flows.

As a result, deliveries to the Netherlands may be subject to extended transit times. In some cases, delivery times may increase by 2–3 business days compared to the standard transit times.

DPD Group is actively working to normalize the situation, and a gradual return to normal operational capacity is expected within the next two weeks.
