You can see the status of the delivery by entering the number of the parcel in the DPD tracking system
. If you can't find the parcel in the system, specify the number of the parcel when contacting the shipper. The number consists of 14 numbers and begins with a 0 or 1. If the status of the delivery reads “Information of the order has been transferred to DPD”, it means that the shipper has processed the parcel for shipping, but it hasn't yet been transferred to DPD for delivery. If the status of the parcel is “Transferred for delivery”, it means that your parcel is already with the courier.
