The PIN code for the receipt of DPD packages in the Parcel terminal always consists of 6 digits (no characters or letters). Please make sure you are at the DPD Parcel terminal, which is specified in the SMS. DPD Parcel terminals are always located outside, are red and grey. The DPD logo is located in the upper right corner.
