Three other statuses are associated with the PEP (Politically Exposed Person) status:
a) Heads of state, heads of government, ministers, deputy ministers, secretaries of state, undersecretaries of state, including the President of the Republic of Poland, the Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Ministers,
b) Members of parliament or similar legislative bodies, including members of the Sejm and Senate,
c) Members of the governing bodies of political parties,
d) Members of supreme courts, constitutional tribunals, and other high-level judicial bodies whose decisions are not subject to appeal, except in extraordinary cases, including judges of the Supreme Court, Constitutional Tribunal, Supreme Administrative Court, regional administrative courts, and judges of courts of appeal,
e) Members of audit tribunals or boards of central banks, including the President and members of the Management Board of the National Bank of Poland,
f) Ambassadors, chargés d'affaires, and senior military officers,
g) Members of administrative, management, or supervisory bodies of state-owned enterprises, including directors of state-owned enterprises and members of management boards and supervisory boards of companies with State Treasury participation, where more than half of the shares or stock belong to the State Treasury or other state-owned legal entities,
h) Directors, deputy directors, and members of the organs of international organisations, or individuals holding equivalent positions in these organisations,
i) General directors in central and top-level state administrative bodies, general directors of regional offices, and heads of regional offices of government administration.
a) The spouse or partner in a cohabitation relationship with a person holding a politically exposed position,
b) The child of a person holding a politically exposed position and their spouse or partner in a cohabitation relationship,
c) The parents of a person holding a politically exposed position.
a) Individuals who are beneficial owners of legal persons, entities without legal personality, or trusts jointly with a person holding a politically exposed position, or who maintain other close business relationships with such a person related to their business activities,
b) Individuals who are the sole beneficial owners of legal persons, entities without legal personality, or trusts known to have been established for the purpose of obtaining actual benefits for a person holding a politically exposed position.
