Yes, you can also collect your parcel from the Pickup parcelshop without the parcel notification card. We simply need proof of identity in the form of your ID card, for example. Without a return parcel label it is unfortunately not possible to hand in parcels for return at our Pickup parcelshops. If you need a return parcel label, please contact the shipper.
Yes, you are welcome to collect parcels for a family member, friend or acquaintance. To do so you will need proof of identity and an authorisation form filled out by the consignee of the parcel.
No, you only pay at the checkout of your online order. When collecting your parcel, there are no additional costs.
