How to log your complaint?

Senders

Please log your complaint by using our contact form. This will enable us to transfer your enquiry to the right contact person and ensure that the matter will be dealt with without delay. For more information, take a look at the procedure described in the files below.

Receivers

If your parcel is lost or damaged, we recommend you to contact the sender. As a contracting party, he will contact DPD to handle the complaint.
