Your purchasing process doesn’t end until you happily hold your parcel in your hands. This is why we do everything to make deliveries as uncomplicated and transparent as possible. With our Live-Tracking function and flexible redirection options, you are in full control of the delivery.
Phil will start the parcel tracking or assist you in rescheduling your delivery.
You decide when and where we deliver your parcel. If at any time you aren't at home, our options for changing the delivery mean you will never again miss a parcel.
Simply give us a Safe Place online and we’ll leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice (e.g. in the garage). This is all you do:
- Select “Deliver to a safe place” from the redirection options
- Specify the safe place of your choice (e.g. “on the terrace”)
- Then if you're not at home we'll leave the parcel in the specified location
Redirect your parcel to a local Pickup parcelshop. This is all you do:
- Select “Specify Pickup parcelshop” from the redirection options
- Find a suitable nearby parcel shop - We’ll deliver the parcel to the parcel shop you have specified
- We will then deliver your parcel there
With Predict and Live Tracking, you’ll never have to wait for a parcel again. On the day of delivery, we’ll tell you down to the hour when to expect your parcel. And thanks to Live Tracking, you can see how many stops the driver still has to make before reaching you.
You’ll receive a message from DPD on the day of delivery. This message specifies a one-hour time frame for the delivery.
And if your plans change? In that case you can easily adjust the time or place of delivery online. You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a parcel shop.
On the day of delivery, you can follow your parcel online thanks to Live Tracking. On the map you can even see how many stops the driver still has to make.
DPD / Receiving
