How many Pickup parcelshops are there?
There are 950 Pickup parcelshops in Belgium and Luxemburg. There are 58,000 throughout Europe.
Can I also send via the parcel shop?

Yes, you can also send parcels via our Pickup parcelshops. Returns and parcels that are provided with an online and paid parcel voucher can be placed in any of our 950 shops. Ask your shipper to provide you a parcel label or create it yourself via our online shipping tool DPD Web Parcel.

If I wish to send a parcel from a Pickup parcelshop, what dimensions are accepted?

The maximum weight is 20 kg and the maximum length 100 cm. You\'ll find our practical parcel size calculator under \"Packing tips\".

When collecting my parcel, I\'ve seen it was damaged. What to do now?

You\'d best contact the shipper as soon as possible.
