The sender of your parcel has additional options to start an investigation. Therefore, contact the sender first — you will often be helped more quickly.

Contractual customers
As a shipper, you can easily connect to the Pickup network. If you do so, your customer can choose from 130.000 Pickup shops (lockers and shops) to pick up or send back his parcel. This is DPD’s Shop return.
Your other option: on request you can arrange a collection at the customer premises. As a contractual customer, you can easily ask for this service or arrange it via your shipping tool. This is called a collection request.

Receivers
As a recipient, simply drop off your return parcel at one of our Pickup shops. Don't forget your shipping label. You can find the nearest Pickup shop here.
