Dear customers,

starting May 9, 2022 it will no longer be possible to deliver multipiece shipments to DPD Pickup parcelshops and DPD boxes. DPD Pickup parcelshops and DPD boxes (Pickup Stations) will be available for single-piece (one parcel) shipments only.

For this reason, it will not be possible to redirect multipiece shipments to DPD Pickup parcelshops and DPD boxes in the DPD Kuryr application, which is widely used by recipients for this purpose; or to ask our courier to drop such a shipment at the Pickup parcelshop or DPD box.

Other services are not affected by this restriction.

What should you set up on your side?

If you use our applications for printing labels and sending data, you do not have to do anything. We will make the changes on our side.

If you use your own software, where you create the labels yourself and send the data to us via FTP server, we kindly ask you to make relevant settings in your systems. If you are unsure how to set this up, please contact our Technical Support Department at [email protected].
