We place risk prevention at the heart of our priorities through a global and pragmatic approach to safety, based on two axes:
Our prevention approach is based on the analysis and permanent evaluation of occupational risks of accidental or malicious origin.
To this end, DPD has implemented security measures in its network in France, in order to secure the parcels you entrust to us on a daily basis:
- Since the end of 2010, all of our sites have been equipped with video-tracking systems that allow us to trace a parcel from its arrival on site to its departure.
- Your parcels which will transit through our establishments, will randomly go through a quality control scan.
In 2013, we implemented an anti-intrusion system in the form of a chemical marker in certain depots and vehicles. This system, called Smart Water, allows us to mark malicious individuals who could break into our premises.
- We have also set up thermal cameras in our branches to detect the presence of intruders. Unlike a conventional detection system, these cameras allow us to increase the speed and efficiency of on-site intervention
