Our priorities for our employees

At the heart of our CSR commitments, DPD France aims to be an employer of choice and to offer all its employees a respectful and ethical environment. To achieve this, we put our employees first. We work to support them in their careers at DPD France by safeguarding their health and well-being. The mobilisation of all our stakeholders is essential to achieving our objectives. We therefore offer awareness-raising workshops to provide them with an overview of CSR and the keys to taking action.

We continued our work in favour of professional equality and diversity. Our efforts have enabled us to increase our gender equality index by 9 points to reach a score of 94/100.

In addition, we have set up a disability taskforce whose aim is to promote the recognition and integration of people with disabilities within the workforce.

At the heart of our CSR commitments, DPD France aims to be an employer of choice and to offer all its employees a respectful and ethical environment. Our Mission Handicap initiative, supported by the company's Human Resources and CSR departments, is part of this approach. The aim of Mission Handicap is to promote the recognition and improvement of working conditions for the company's disabled employees and to encourage the recruitment of disabled workers.

We are continuing to take action to promote the health, safety and well-being of our employees, with an increase in the number of training courses and projects to redevelop our facilities with the aim of continuously improving working conditions. Lastly, we have noted that our employees are continuing to invest in us, as shown by the commitment barometer.

The services of occupational social workers and occupational psychologists are available to all employees anonymously and free of charge.
