If you had saved your login details on your browser, you can retrieve them:
Google Chrome: Click the ⋮ button in the top right corner of your screen, then Settings > Auto-Enter > Passwords.
Mozilla Firefox: Click the ☰ button in the top right corner of your screen, then Login and Password.
Microsoft Edge: Click the ··· button in the top right corner of your screen, then Settings > Profiles, then Passwords.
Internet Explorer: Logins are stored in Windows Control Panel > User Accounts > Logon Manager
However, if your credentials are still inaccessible, or the password is not correct, you can reset your password from the Forgot your password? link in each tool.
If the login details are attached to an email address that is no longer active, please contact your Customer Service to recover your access.
