Strengthening our network

Over the last few months, DPD France has deployed significant resources to tackle the intense end-of-year period in the best possible conditions, with the deployment of several major measures to consolidate our capacity to handle your parcels:

  • Implementation of our new Parisian sorting centre;

  • Recruitment of nearly 200 permanent employees to strengthen our branch teams;

  • The setting up of nearly 20 additional depots to reinforce the proximity that binds us together and to which we are all attached.


As a result, and given the situation we are all going through, DPD France is and will be able to support you. Our teams are fully mobilised as they were in the spring, now enriched by the experience of the first wave.

The other entities of the DPDgroup network are also ready to face this exceptional context, including countries that are once again confined, such as France.

Contactless delivery

In application of Decree No. 2020-1310 of 29 October 2020 prescribing the general measures necessary to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic, we would like to provide you with the following information on our delivery procedures:

We are continuing to deliver your parcels in full compliance with the safety rules essential for the health of all by reinstating contactless delivery.

In addition, since its introduction in April 2020, the wearing of a mask remains mandatory in all our establishments and during deliveries. All employees continue to apply the barrier measures.
