DPD France Elected as Customer Service of the Year 2022

DPD France is proud to have been elected as winner of the 15th edition of the independent customer relations event 2022.

The "Élection du Service Client de l’Année" (ESCDA), which has become a benchmark over the years, has awarded DPD France for the second year running in the "Parcels and Mail Delivery" category. The specialist in the transport of parcels weighing less than 30 kilos (French subsidiary of DPDgroup, Europe's leading parcel delivery network) has once again been rewarded for its commitment and that of all its employees to customer satisfaction.

In a context of strong economic disruption marked by a simultaneous explosion in e-commerce, obtaining the approval of its customers once again in parallel with a period of very strong business growth gives this new victory a major meaning.
