DPD France Elected as Customer Service of the Year 2023
DPD France has been awarded the Customer Service of the Year Award (ESCDA) for the third consecutive year in the category of Mail and Parcel Delivery. This award highlights our commitment to customer satisfaction.
The transformation of the customer journey undertaken by DPD France over the past five years has gone through two major stages. Firstly, in 2017 with the creation of the Customer Relations Department. Then in 2022, the company acquired a Customer Relationship Management tool to centralise all of its customer service information and standardise its processes.
This new distinction is a recognition of the work carried out on a daily basis by DPD France's teams and demonstrates our desire to place customer satisfaction at the heart of our challenges.
