As part of the delivery of your parcels, we retain your personal data for 13 months from the date of delivery, in the event of a complaint or dispute.

However, we would like to assure you that we do not use your data for any other purpose and that we do not pass it on to third parties.

At the end of the 13-month period, your data is automatically deleted from our databases.
