If the sender of your parcel has opted for the service for private individuals, you will be informed very quickly by SMS and e-mail of the day and timeframe you will be delivered. The day or time is not convenient for you? No problem, you can change the delivery day or even choose a new address to receive your parcel.

If the sender has not chosen this option, you can rely on the delivery times indicated by your sender. You can be delivered from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We also deliver on Saturdays for certain postal codes.
