Possibility to take out an Ad-Valorem insurance.
All of our packagings are 100% recyclable.
All your parcels are then collected from your premises for delivery in mainland France and Europe.
Eligible countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
If you decide to ship your bottles via DPD but with your own packaging, you will need to ensure that the packaging complies with DPD transport standards in order to limit breakage or any other problems that may occur during shipment.
The transport of glass bottles and liquids involves a risk of dangerousness that can damage other parcels and cause injury in the event of breakage.
It is therefore essential to choose packaging suited to the fragility of the goods, its size and shape (packaging adapted to the type of bottle: wine, champagne, 75 cl, litre, etc.).
This is why your own packaging will first be tested and validated by DPD's test laboratory.
This validation will authorise the handling of any disputes by our services.
Ad Valorem will allow you to insure your goods on their real amount (the legal compensation being 33€/Kg)
You can also use your own packaging for your parcels, once it has been approved by our test laboratory.
