By signing an agreement on the Quality of Life at Work in January 2020 between the DPD France Department and the Trade Unions, we wish to mark our approach of associating the safety and well-being of employees with the need for our strategic changes.
The main challenge lies in making rapid and significant organisational changes without exposing the physical and mental health of DPD France's teams.

The Agreement on Quality of Life at Work signed responds to several aims:

  • Identifying the systems or practices essential to a quality of life at work approach

  • Implementing the actions and timetable to ensure their effective deployment

  • Making quality of life at work an integral part of DPD France's economic performance

  • Implementing an objective measurement throughout the duration of the agreement and regular monitoring of the actions carried out to promote the quality of life at work.

  • Reducing arduous tasks at work
  • Setting up of muscular stimulation, osteopathy sessions,
  • preferential offer for sports activities
  • training,
  • occupational social work service
  • Preventing psycho-social risks
