Do I need to have the DPD Mobile app to use a parcel locker?

It depends on the type of locker. Parcel lockers (without a screen) can only be operated using the DPD Mobile app*. Make sure that Bluetooth, location, and mobile data are enabled on your phone. In lockers inside Biedronka and Carrefour stores (with a screen), the process of sending and receiving parcels is done using the built-in screen. *In case of problems with opening the parcel locker, contact the DPD Polska Contact Center at 22 571 52 52 (call costs depend on your phone tariff /hotline open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm).
