With our Live-Tracking function and flexible redirection options, we provide consignees with full control over their parcel shipping.

On the contrary. To protect your health, the one of our customers and our drivers, we promote to use safe place deposit. Thanks to this feature, you can indicate the place of delivery of your parcel up to half an hour before the actual delivery. This way, you don’t need to sign the scanner of the driver and still have your orders delivered!

Not at all! You decide when and where we deliver your parcel. If at any time you aren't at home, our options for changing the delivery mean you will never again miss a parcel.



Simply give us a Safe Place online and we’ll leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice (e.g. in the garage). This is all you do:
- Select “Deliver to a safe place” from the redirection options
- Specify the safe place of your choice (e.g. “on the terrace”)
- Then if you're not at home we'll leave the parcel in the specified location
Redirect your parcel to a local Pickup parcelshop. This is all you do:
- Select “Specify Pickup parcelshop” from the redirection options
- Find a suitable nearby parcel shop - We’ll deliver the parcel to the parcel shop you have specified
- We will then deliver your parcel there
