DPD’s international shipping service transports your parcels reliably to their destination, within Europe. Thanks to operating Europe’s most extensive road network and having an outstanding network of over 800 international branches, we provide a fast and environmentally-friendly delivery service.

Notes:
Since it is not possible to avoid personal contact during the cash-on-delivery process, DPD Switzerland is completely stopping its COD service from 1 May 2020. This will continue to apply after the Coronavirus pandemic is over. Your sales representative will be happy to help if you have any questions.

DPD EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL is no longer offered.

Delivery within standard delivery times is guaranteed with a money-back guarantee.

The recipient is sent two delivery notifications: One working day before the delivery and on the delivery day itself, giving a one-hour delivery slot. On the "Follow My Parcel" platform, the recipient can follow the parcel live and select one of the four redirection options up to 15 minutes prior to delivery (grant permission to drop off, change delivery address, change delivery day, redirect to DPD Pickup parcelshop).

Collecting returns

This option makes it possible for parcels to be collected from recipients and returned to the sender or a third party, e.g. the manufacturer or a repair service.
