Dear customers, dear partners,
On this website, you can find the necessary information that might impact parcel delivery of our company in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. DPD makes its best to minimize the impact of the current situation on its services and, as a priority, to protect the health of all people involved in parcel transportation. Our interest in health protection is a priority for us, and therefore, we would ask you to go through the rules provided below and we believe you will understand and respect them. Until further notice, the documents listed below take precedence over the provisions of the applicable General Terms and Conditions they might possibly be in conflict with, and that is precisely due to our efforts to protect parcel senders and consignees, as well as employees of our company, to the maximum extent possible.
The official statement on the adopted measures against the spread of COVID-19 virus can be found here.
Prepared questions and answers for consignees and senders as regards the actual restrictions in relation to the State of Emergency declaration from 12 March 2020 and the duration of risk of the spread of COVID-19 disease can be found here.
All visitors and persons coming to our DPD depots to send or pick up their parcels in person must, until further notice, wear a nose and mouth protection (masks or respirators).
Please, entered individually.
The service provider reserves the right to refuse the entry of ill persons or persons showing symptoms of any respiratory disease – we would ask you to be considerate of others. If you feel you are showing symptoms of any disease, please ask someone else to pick up your parcel.
The network of our Pickup service points is still in operation.
In relation to the regulation of the Government and central administrative bodies, or of operators of Pickup parcelshops, the restrictive measures, especially the obligation of respiratory protection, might be applicable at Pickup parcelshops that are DPD contracting partners.
