How do I import a collection file from a third party?

To import a pick-up file, follow these steps :

1. In the "Third-party removal" section, select "Import orders".

2. Download the example file provided.

3. Fill it in with your pick-up data.

4. Drag and drop the file into the interface.

5. The system will automatically detect any errors.

6. View your pick-up requests in the "View orders" section.
